NPOKI is a New York State (US) nonprofit corporation, with a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. A Board of Directors comprised of one representative from each member group sets its policies and direction. Pathfinder International is acting as the project’s pro bono fiscal agent during the incorporation phase.
