The Outcomes We Seek

Strengthened effectiveness of health programs by providing the people who design, run, oversee, evaluate and fund those programs with up-to-date, comprehensive, easily comparable information based upon actual activities and resource use in the field. Success would be indicated by the number of groups using the system as a basis for program planning, making management decisions and reporting to funders on their effectiveness.

The Outcomes We Seek

Reduced redundancy and waste, particularly in tracking and reporting on information that bears little relevance to how programs in the field actually operate. Success will be measured by the reduction in the number of people-hours and reports on results that our members must prepare each year and use within those reports of commonly negotiated outcome measures and standards.

Realized savings of money and time by jointly developing large-scale project management tools that the members would have otherwise had to create separately. The number of users and the number of projects guided by the management tool will be key indicators.
