Collaboration – NPOKI creates a unique, open environment for global health organizations to collaborate and share effective practices and lessons learned around performance management and knowledge management.

NPOKI members exchange information in formal and informal venues, including meetings, workshops, webinars, presentations, seminars, and listservs. We also facilitate one-to-one conversations with experts within our membership. Our members have reported back to us that this is one of the best benefits of NPOKI membership.

We also facilitate joint projects among members. They benefit in reduced costs and in working upon the knowledge base of all our members. We strive to avoid “reinventing the wheel”.
