Amir Halfon specializes in Big Data and Cloud Computing, with a focus on the Financial Services domain, leveraging his experience as an industry CTO at Sun Microsystems, Oracle and MarkLogic. As a Principal at Strategic Advisory Services, he works with companies ranging from tech startups to well-established enterprises, to help them shape their product strategy and execution. Amir is a frequent invited speaker at industry conferences and a contributor to several publications.

Ernest Ostro is the Director of Applications for the International Rescue Committee, with responsibility for enterprise applications, data services, ICT4D, and software development. He has been involved with internet technologies since 1989 and has worked to deliver rational technology to end users in for- and nonprofits involved healthcare, logistics, open-source projects, e-Commerce, startups, and research on ecology. He was previously the IT Director at Pathfinder International.

Mark Reilley is the Director of Global IT at Pact where he delivers technology services to 3000+ employees operating in 30 countries in the Americas, Asia and Africa. He has 20 years of global IT experience across a variety of industries and organizations including nonprofits like the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDs Foundation and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting as well as IBM, Kodak and PwC in the private sector.  A certified Project Management Professional, his expertise includes change management, communication and system development and integration.
